Smash Management, Inc. provides full management services to owners of home, condominiums and commercial properties in and surrounding the Atlanta area.  Using our services can protect your property’s investment value.  We provide complete real estate accounting and financial analysis services for a variety of clients.  Our corporate accounting staff consists of highly motivated professionals with substantial real estate accounting experience.  That’s why we structure our services to give each property individualized attention during every phase of leasing and management.  Smash Management services include:

• Evaluating current market and seasonal conditions in relations to your property’s rental value.
• Advertising in the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) and other publications, if warranted and Showing Properties.
• Obtaining credit and personal references prior to the acceptance of tenant and Executing lease agreements and renewals.
• Collecting first and last month’s rent and deposits and fees.
• Providing an inventory, preliminary walk-through and color profile of exterior and exterior grounds on move-in day.

SMASH will arrange and make payments for services to enhance the property’s desirability such as carpet cleaning, yard maintenance and general house cleaning. *This is a one-time fee. Other Full Service Management Services Include:

• Collecting rent and Making home owner’s monthly mortgage payment or deposit into private bank account
• Paying owner’s property taxes, insurance, etc.
• Arranging and making payments for needed repairs, as well as homeowner’s dues if applicable and Periodic inspection of grounds to insure proper maintenance
• An interior inspection and closing statement are provided upon tenants vacating the premises.
• Issuing itemized, computerized monthly reports and year-end account statements to owners.
